Dining Out For Life
Restaurant owners in cities throughout the USA and Western Canada are making a difference with a remarkably simple fundraising campaign. On one designated day, these businesses donate 25% of their food revenue to fight AIDS. On Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands it's happening on March 25th, 2010.
On Saltspring Island, only the Tree House Cafe is listed so far as a participating restaurant, which will make it a simple choice where to eat that day! Here's more info...
